Our Google Workspace gurus follow a holistic deployment methodology across four key workstreams: (1) Change and Adoption Management, (2) Technical Management, (3) Project Management and Governance, and (4) Support Management and Service Transition.

Change and Adoption Management

We make use of a tailor-fit learning approach in delivering change and adoption management to large-scale Google Workspace deployments. At the heart of our change and adoption management practice is the focus on the end user journey during the transition to Google Workspace. This includes four key pillars to ensure that the transformation process takes root: (a) executive sponsorship and stakeholder engagement, (b) organizational analysis, (c) training design and delivery, and (d) communications and marketing.

For large-scale implementations involving thousands of end users, Kollab employs a series of change management activities that promote the upcoming transition. This includes transformation roadshows across different departments and groups, establishment of a Google Guides program, top-down announcements from senior leadership, and Google Day event(s) to celebrate project milestones.

Technical Management

Kollab assigns Google-certified deployment specialists to manage the technical aspects in migrating to Google Workspace. The technical manager ensures that end users have the best possible experience, identifies integration points, and enables early troubleshooting of technical challenges.

Our Google Workspace engineers provide an extensive walkthrough of the enablement process for the customer's IT organization. This includes the initial setup, configuration, and enforcement of agreed policies, e.g. messaging controls in Gmail. Technical training is also delivered to the customer's system administrators to establish competency in managing the Google Admin console post-implementation.

Project Management and Governance

Our Google Workspace service delivery practice is led by experienced project managers that oversee and report on the agreed activities that will be performed as part of our implementation commitments. The project manager assigned keeps the project on track, organizes resources, ensures stakeholder alignment, and manages go-lives. Depending on the size of the implementation, Kollab shall deploy Google Workspace in up to 3 phases within an organization to manage and mitigate the complexities of large-scale environments.

Regular project updates with the customer's key stakeholders is standard practice with our Google Workspace fulfillment. A 30-day post-production warranty on technical services rendered by Kollab may apply for specific projects with a high-degree of interdependencies.

Support Management and Service Transition

We provide extended services to onboard the service operations of enterprise customers as part of post-production service transition requirements. A support manager will be assigned by Kollab to manage the support onboarding efforts, including training and knowledge transfer with the customer's service desk and other technical support staff.

​

Kollab and the customer will also sign-off on a support and incident communications plan as part of the closeout process with enterprise deployments.
